    I am a professional freelance writer (10 years), researcher, genealogist, and historian. For the last couple of years, I have written and had published somewhere between 150-200 stories per year. Yep, got paid for every one of 'em. Got totally burnt out. There have been some other interesting writing projects, but you'll just have to ask.
    I am a mother of three and stepmother of two. I own a crazy wire fox terrier that currently rules my life with his skin allergies! Ack!
  • On Gather, I'm Looking For ...:
    Friends and other like minded people. Okay, you do not even have to be like-minded, just not a jerk or weirdo. Okay...mildly weird I can handle.

Hi Kate,

I took off my fiction articles - I am planning (one day) to publish them as a group and got paranoid about the copyright issues and publishers thinking they were already in the public domain... so that's why I only have a few memoir and political things up.

Hope all is going well. I'm recovering from an awful flu... but getting back to normal... or at least better.:)
